From building a team of "Product Evangelists" from the ground up to creative copywriting - I do everything. I understand Marketing, I understand Marketers, and I understand B2B Demand Generation - this is what gave me my 6th promotion in just 36 months of joining the team! I'm great at cutting through management jargon and getting down to action items with real impact. (If you know what I mean?)

As an AVP - Marketing (L&D), I'm responsible for building the WebEngage Academy with a vision of uplifting the entire marketing fraternity and getting them adept and equipped to spear head organizational growth with customer retention being a key driver! At Zycus, A company dedicated to helping its customers improve business results through more efficient procurement performance provided by its industry-leading solutions for Spend Analysis, eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Financial Savings Management, and Procure-to-Pay.

  • My primary responsibility is to ensure brand recall and brand recognition amongst enterprise prospects in the territories of New York, Connecticut, Texas, North Carolina, and California amongst others.

  • My work includes building relationships with procurement professionals and understanding their key pain areas, risks & position. How a SaaS-based platform can help eliminate it and allow them to achieve their savings target.

  • Driving business through a consultative approach, helping organizations save hard dollars to their bottom line by identifying, realizing, and sustaining savings using Procurement Performance solutions and gaining maximum ROI, thus helping procurement professionals achieve their Procurement MBO.

  • Generating business opportunities for Zycus, based on industry-specific market research, understanding, and analysis of target customers.

  • Finding key contacts from the targeted Accounts/Region, Networking, and initiating dialogues with Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Executives.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - VE 4 U PROMOTIONS
 

Worked as a contracted Project Manager for the first 2 years and then worked as a full-time Operations Supervisor for the remaining period with VE 4 U Promotions to handle their key projects in terms of execution and manpower coordination. Key responsibilities included client-side correspondence, layout and event structuring, handling multiple projects across multiple locations at the same time, working pan-India for key projects. I have worked on projects for 72 hours at a stretch.

Some of my key responsibilities included:

  • Ensuring overall execution of projects, managing and communicating amongst a team of 80 executives divided amongst multiple teams.
